For 2026, the minimum annual gross salary is approximately CZK 828,000 (CZK 69,000 per month), which is set at 1.5 times the average Czech gross annual wage. The Blue Card is valid for up to 27 months (the employment contract duration plus three months).
ICT Card

The ICT Card is valid for up to 36 months for managers and specialists, and up to 12 months for trainees.
