Invitation letter क्या है?
वीज़ा invitation letter आपके host द्वारा destination देश में लिखा गया एक औपचारिक letter है - आपके द्वारा नहीं, आवेदक द्वारा नहीं। Host आपको रहने के लिए आमंत्रित करता है, तारीखें पुष्टि करता है, घोषणा करता है कि आप कहाँ सोएँगे, और (वैकल्पिक रूप से) पुष्टि करता है कि क्या वे आपकी लागत कवर करेंगे। आवेदक तब इस letter को अपने वीज़ा आवेदन के लिए supporting evidence के रूप में जमा करता है।

Invitation letter host के supporting documents के बिना बेकार है। Embassies नियमित रूप से ऐसे आवेदनों को अस्वीकार करती हैं जहाँ invitation में सबूत की कमी है कि host (a) वास्तव में जहाँ वे कहते हैं वहीं रहते हैं, और (b) यात्रा का financial समर्थन कर सकते हैं यदि उन्होंने ऐसा प्रस्ताव दिया है।
- Host के passport, residence permit, या national ID की कॉपी - यदि प्रासंगिक हो तो दोनों ओर।
- पते का प्रमाण - हालिया utility bill (3 महीने के भीतर), tenancy agreement, या mortgage statement जिसमें host का नाम और letter पर पता दिखाया गया हो।
- Host के bank statements (3–6 महीने) - केवल यदि host यात्रा को वित्तीय रूप से sponsor कर रहा है।
- Host के हालिया payslips या pension statement - केवल sponsoring पर।
- संबंध का प्रमाण - birth certificates, marriage certificates, family registration documents, या (मित्रों के लिए) message history, photographs, पहले यात्रा का साक्ष्य।
- Business invitations के लिए: company registration extract, corporate tax filing, और contract या meeting agenda।
