كيف تعالج 214(b) - ما الذي يبحث عنه الموظفون فعلاً

- ملكية عمل - عمل مسجل بعقود حالية وملفات ضريبية.
- سجل السفر - زيارات سابقة وعودة من الولايات المتحدة أو المملكة المتحدة أو شنغن أو كندا أو أستراليا أو اليابان. الامتثال هو أقوى إشارة للامتثال المستقبلي.
- تاريخ حساب بنكي يُظهر حياة مالية مستقرة على مدى 12+ شهراً، وليس فقط إيداعاً كبيراً حديثاً.
اتساق DS-160 - كل تفصيل يجب أن يتطابق
- الاسم: اكتب اسمك على خطاب التغطية كما هو على جواز سفرك تماماً - نفس التهجئة، نفس ترتيب الكلمات.
- صاحب العمل: نفس الاسم القانوني كما في DS-160. "Tata Consultancy Services Limited" في DS-160 لا يمكن أن تصبح "TCS" في خطاب التغطية.
- المسمى الوظيفي: مطابق كلمة بكلمة لـ DS-160.
- تواريخ السفر: نفس تواريخ الوصول والمغادرة على DS-160 وخطاب التغطية وحجز الطيران.
- العنوان في الولايات المتحدة: يجب أن يتطابق مع العنوان المقدم في قسم "جهة الاتصال الأمريكية" في DS-160.
ما لا تقوله في خطاب تغطية أمريكي
- لا تذكر أبداً نية البقاء أو العمل أو الدراسة (بخلاف نوع تأشيرتك) أو تغيير الوضع.
- لا تقل أبداً "أريد العيش في أمريكا" أو "أحب نمط الحياة الأمريكي". هذا يشير إلى نية الهجرة ويطلق 214(b).
- لا تتطوع أبداً بالإفصاح عن أن لديك أقارب من المواطنين الأمريكيين أو حاملي البطاقة الخضراء - أجب بصدق إذا سُئلت، لكن لا تطرح ذلك من تلقاء نفسك.
- لا تصف الرحلة أبداً بأنها "مفتوحة" أو "مرنة". احتفظ دائماً بتواريخ وصول ومغادرة دقيقة مع رحلة عودة محجوزة.
- لا تتوسل أبداً - لا "أرجوكم أعطوني هذه الفرصة" أو "هذا حلمي". الموظفون لا تحركهم العاطفة؛ يحركهم الدليل.
