What We Cannot Help With
WorkVisa Guide is an information resource, not an immigration law firm. Response Times
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days. Data corrections and bug reports are prioritized. Media requests with tight deadlines should note the urgency in the subject line.
Hours and Time Zones
Our team operates on GMT+0. We monitor inbound email Monday through Friday during business hours and on a best-effort basis on weekends. Messages received outside business hours are typically reviewed the following workday. We do not staff a phone line - email is the only supported channel for both general inquiries and urgent media requests.
Languages We Support
We accept correspondence in English, French, Spanish, Arabic, and Hindi. Replies will be in English by default unless you write to us in one of the other supported languages, in which case we will reply in the same language when possible. Translations between supported languages are handled in-house, so feedback about specific phrasing or cultural fit is welcome and goes directly to the team that wrote the content.
Privacy of Your Correspondence
Emails you send to info@workvisa.guide are read only by our editorial team. We do not share your email address with third parties, do not add it to any newsletter or marketing list, and do not use it for advertising. If you would like us to delete your prior correspondence, ask in writing and we will confirm deletion within seven days. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry.

We do not currently maintain official social media accounts. The most reliable way to track new content is to bookmark our blog index or check the country page for your destination - both are updated within hours of major announcements like visa bulletin releases or Express Entry draw results. If you are looking for our editorial reports, every report carries an updated date in the metadata so you can confirm freshness at a glance.
