How this generator works
This tool creates professionally formatted visa application documents based on your inputs. Every letter follows the format that consular officers expect - formal structure, proper addressing, complete details, and professional tone.
The generated text is a starting point. You can edit any part of the document before printing. We recommend reviewing the entire letter to ensure accuracy - especially dates, passport numbers, and financial figures.
Your privacy is our priority. This tool runs entirely in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to any information you enter. When you close the page, your data is gone.
Tips for a strong visa letter
- Every date must match your DS-160, IMM form, Schengen application, or other visa application form.
- Financial figures must match your bank statements exactly - even a 5% mismatch is flagged.
- Passport number must be current (not an expired passport). Use the passport you will submit with the application.
- Print on plain white A4 paper. Sign in blue ink so the officer can distinguish the original from a photocopy.
- Keep the letter to one page (two maximum for complex cases). Officers spend 2–3 minutes per file; brevity is rewarded.
- Attach every document you reference in the letter. Phantom attachments are a fast route to refusal.
- Address the letter to "The Visa Officer" or the specific consulate that will adjudicate your case.
Which document do you need?
Not sure which letter applies to your situation? Each template page has the universal format plus three filled-in samples. Read them first to understand what consular officers expect before you generate.

Do you store my personal information?
No. This tool runs entirely in your web browser. Your name, passport number, and all other details stay on your device. We never store, transmit, or have access to any information you enter. When you close or refresh the page, all data is cleared.
Can I edit the generated letter?

What format should I print the letter in?
Print on white A4 paper using the Print button. The tool automatically formats the document with proper margins, professional font, and formal letter layout. Sign the printed letter in blue or black ink.

Yes. After generating one document, click Start Over and your personal details (name, passport, address) will be remembered for the session. You can quickly generate a cover letter, then an invitation letter, without re-entering your information.
Is the generated letter good enough to submit?
The generated letter follows the standard format expected by consular officers at embassies worldwide. For straightforward applications (tourism, family visit), it is ready to submit. For complex cases (previous refusal, unusual circumstances), we recommend reviewing with an immigration advisor.
